There aren’t any quick fix plan templates either. Instead, we’ll work together closely to build strong, healthy habits that easily fit into your lifestyle.

Through coaching, I’ll provide the tools and support that you need to improve your health and reach your goals, every day.

Group coaching isn’t for everyone, sometimes you need a personalized approach.

 

Regular 1-on-1 sessions:
We’ll spend time discussing your current health, the approaches you’ve tried and goals you’ve set for yourself. We’ll analyze what is holding you back and identify the obstacles to finally getting rid of the bad habits that have been plaguing you.

Together, we’ll develop a detailed plan that’s tailored to your exact needs, your schedule and your lifestyle – one that puts you on the right track to finally meeting your health goals.

For athletes:
We’ll focus on the fitness and health needs of your sport.

We’ll develop a plan to improve your recovery time, increase energy and ensure that you’re getting all the nutrients (healthy protein, carbs and fats) that your body needs for optimal strength, speed, and stamina.

Let’s get started with a conversation...

We’ll begin with a free, 30-minute introductory session to talk about your challenges and the goals you’d like to accomplish.

From there, we’ll create a 3- or 6-month personalized Positively Plant-Based Coaching plan including some or all of the following elements:

• A detailed plan for your specific program
• Weekly, in-person visits or video calls
• Text or email support between calls
• Access to an app for easy communication
• A wide variety of hands-on exercises and activities
• Meal plan prep and ideas
• A fitness plan that you’ll love doing
• In-home visits to create pantry and fridge plans (if local)
• Help in crafting your environment for optimal success
• Joint grocery store shopping trip (if local)
